Wordpress upgrade to version 2.5.1 and plugin added.
Posted by: | CommentsWordPress version 2.5.1 updated and added a new plugin that seems to work called – wordpress-automatic-upgrade, which updates to new versions of WordPress as they are released. Beats the old way of coping all the files and directories by hand. But that’s what you get when you run your own server and not host from another site.
Camping at Lake in Wood Campground.
Posted by: | CommentsWe went camping at Lake in Wood Campground. Left the house with the girls and camper in tow on Friday, April 25 and headed out on our first camping trip of the year. Meet up the the Petersons and the Mehaffey’s at the grounds. We and the Peterson’s stayed on a brother/sister site (a larger site that can host 2 campers), while the Mehaffeys were on a site across the road. Lake in Wood has made alot of changes to the campground since last year. The main or worst thing noticed is the paving the roads and installing concrete pads on almost all the sites, is not appealing to me and some others. Once we got that we had to setup and de-winterize the camper that had it’s pipes filled with anti-freeze for storage over the winter months. One water leak under the sink in the kitchen area had to be made a little tighter. It’s the fittings that you would use to connect you water filter into so water to the kitchen sink is filtered for whatever source of water you’re connected to at site. It must have worked loose while driving and the previous year. If it loosens up again, then maybe a little sealant will be needed.

[nggallery id="35"]Prep time for camping
Posted by: | CommentsMost of the is typical stuff for camping prep. Thursday the day before, mow the lawn since trash pickup is on Friday (if they show up Ches-Mont) so I want get some of the grass clippings by the curb for them or they’ll sit for a week until the next pickup. Nadine, as always, does an excellent job of preping the inside, clothes, food and other basics for camping. I’m just a pain the but with questions and status. My stuff is in camper (clothes), but the rest I leave with her; got to love her for that. My menu would be beer, beef jerky and toilet paper… done!! But the girls wouldn’t like that too much if I did that.. So I stand by the side and get in the way. Cole is going to take care of the dogs and cat this weekend while we’re away, since we don’t take them with us, he’ll be fine. I do need to collect pictures of the closet modifications and upload some other previous events that I have photos of.
